In addition to the Exhibition Building of the Regional Firebrigade Museum in the cotton-storage of the former textile factory Ganahl a new depot hall was built, which houses the vehicles, that are not part of the exhibition. A wooden structure forms a more than 50-meter-long display case showing the vehicles towards the courtyard.

At the front a display shelf acts as a supporting structure. The building fits into a series of adjacent wooden buildings, which are traditionally considered as economic buildings along the river Samina. The height difference of the ground is overcome by a staircase that passes from the inside out. Inside, it offers seating for a small auditorium. Outside it conects the two levels of the courtyard. Between the old mighty brick building and the lower timber construction a courtyard for outdoor activities was created.
